I just found the perfect cover art for a Keith biography.

http://img3.etsystatic.com/000/0/5121635/il_570xN.291264619.jpg

Except that I'd delete the spider on the theory that spiders should ALWAYS be deleted.

(edit - changing the title so it doesn't seem like I'm taking a stab at Keith. Keith is great. Spiders, of course, are not.)

Doesn't the first vault release Great American Music Hall 75 have a spider on the artwork??

Only because someone used it to kill the spider.

I have that show with this cover, actually ... no spider involved. Except perhaps with cobwebs, since I haven't had a record player in a good 20 years. I have no idea if the record is still in playable condition or not.

Ah, memories! First bootleg I ever got. It was pitched really fast. Someone gave me it & Englishtown on vinyl and that was the beginning of the end ...

We would have a lot more of nasty, irritating bugs if not for the vicious and aggressive arachnids. (I wouldn't want to live in a bug eat bug world. But we do!)
I wonder how much land based ones would cost per pound if they were as tasty as their ocean cousins. Esp. if designed with a easily ripped off and tasty tail, ect..

Notice the clever non-use of the S-word. Forbidden, even in speech, in my house as well. Sadly, not in dreaming.

Just for that thought, you'll get buttered S-words for dinner tonight. Or you would, if Deb could even think about the preparation process.

I know I know, they eat the bad bugs. But they have too many legs and are up to no good.

This one has been outside of our window for a month now. Not moving. He (or she) is actually pretty cool looking ... neat pattern ... as long as he/she stays completely immobile, it's OK.

AAAAK! Speaking of the Cowardly Lion, I think I just scared myself. It's OK outside the window, but here in close-up ... anyway, c'mon over for dinner tonight. Fried or sushi? Garlic butter or plain?

I'd get 30 days in the cold box if I sent that pic. Have you read the 'How many of my family does it take to kill a S'? I'll have the aforementioned send it (with no nasty S - pic attachments I'm sure).

My part in the five person drama is mostly dissent. (Shocking. Me?) But if needs be I demand a corpse.

>But they have too many legs and are up to no good.

This summer, out on the deck (which faces the lake), you could see hundreds of tiny, and not so, rectangular pouches housing a Shelob. Vicious wars constantly ranging across the back of my house in between kills. Then we had a kind I liked. Big, smooth, black and fast like Speedy Gonzales. Really fast. Caught someone on the can and Lord that child screamed! All receive the death penalty (hanging judge).

Do you think I beat up on Bobby? If so, I didn't mean it that way. I figure he must be OK with bad jokes at his expense after all these years. I hope so. If not, he's a durned yeller dog :-)

But nope, no underlying agenda for this post at all. I just saw this and thought, "Hey, it's Keith!" He does look like the Cowardly Lion. And a biography of ANY keyboard player could be some version of "I'm NOT a Keyboard Player for the Grateful Dead, I'm not I'm not I'm NOT a Keyboard Player ..."

Plus it's cute. Except for the spider.
